In addition, the convenience of the bank itself, which currently has made it much easier in bank transfer services, makes more and more users. Bank transfer users from 169 respondents, 39 of whom use “always use” status and 19 of them use it frequently.


Virtual Account

In this case the virtual account in question is a virtual wallet account where you have an electronic wallet that you can use to transact online or offline. Then the way you fill your own electronic wallet is by bank transfer or it can be through a convenience store that facilitates top up of digital wallet tokens.

 

Still not too widely used because it has a work system such as credit, there are still many users who find it too complicated to apply this payment method to make online transactions. For the case of offline transactions themselves, this digital wallet has many examples of failures and has proven to be the most inefficient method of offline shopping payment methods.

Although it has a working system that is almost the same as a virtual account, Gopay itself has more conveniences that can be offered. Integration with banks and also easy top-up makes gopay itself efficient for online and offline transactions.

 

Even in offline transactions the use of GoPro itself ranks second under the cash payment method. No half-hearted gopay applications and online payment applications that are currently rife have implemented a system that can be integrated directly with the bank and provide many services that allow both sellers or buyers to make transactions using gopay.

 

Unlike the predecessor of the virtual wallet payment application that was initiated by one of the network service providers in Indonesia which proved inefficient and bankrupt in less than 2 semesters.
